15 Weeks Holy Moly!!

How far along? 15 weeks

Size of the baby? Avocado! Baby is starting to hear now, and has facial hair!  

Total weight gain: 4lbs. I think I'm on track, but I feel like I eat a ton! 

Maternity clothes? Need to buy more shirts, because mine are starting to get a little short.

Sleep: Wake up when I turn over. Wake up when I pee. Besides that, awesome.

Best moment this week: Raymond is starting to nest. . .good thing HE has the energy!

Movement: Definitely feeling flutters! So exciting. And my belly moves with it!! So cool!

Food cravings:  watermelon.

Anything making you queasy or sick: raw meat!

Gender: We Learn In Five DAYS!!!!!

Symptoms: Body Aches & Head Aches.

Belly Button in or out? Innie!

Wedding rings on or off? On!

Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy!! Sometimes I cry for no reason. 

Looking forward to: finding out the gender in 5 days!!! What do you think it is?!?!?!

14 Weeks!

How far along? 14 weeks!

Size of the baby? navel orange! Baby B is making face expressions now :) 

Total weight gain: 2lbs. . .buttons on jeans are not liking each other.

Maternity clothes? definitely becoming friends with my belly band!

Sleep: Sleeping hot. Woke up with a headache a few times.

Best moment this week: realizing how close we are to our gender appt!

Movement: A few weird things I can't explain. . .lol

Food cravings:  mint. peppermint. spearmint. thin mints. MINT.

Anything making you queasy or sick: raw meat!

Gender: Find out March 30th! 12 days!

Symptoms: Back aches and head aches. :(

Belly Button in or out? Innie!

Wedding rings on or off? On!

Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy as can be :)

13 Weeks!

How far along? 13 weeks!

Size of the baby? A large lemon

Total weight gain: -2 lbs. . .I'm starting to negate the lbs lost, but I'm happy with that because baby is getting bigger :)

Maternity clothes? a belly band. I heard they come in handy when your jeans start getting tight!

Sleep: getting better. As long as I'm comfortable and temperature is about 74, I am good!

Best moment this week: Raymond making jokes at my "pregnancy issues"

Movement: None :(

Food cravings: birthday cake.

Anything making you queasy or sick: still raw meat. Luckily hubby has been cooking :)

Gender: Find out March 30th!

Symptoms: Back aches. Sore muscles. Mild Headaches. Severely Chapped Lips. Weird.

Belly Button in or out? Still an innie!

Wedding rings on or off? On!

Happy or Moody most of the time: had a couple pregnancy breakdowns, but I'm GOOD!

Looking forward to: Hearing the heart beat this Friday :)

12 weeks!!!!

How far along? 12 weeks! 2nd Trimester!! :) 

Size of the baby? A Peach!! 3 inches long!

Total weight gain: -4 lbs (total of 6lbs lost the entire pregnancy so far, but I think I'm packin' on more now that baby is getting bigger)

 

Maternity clothes? nothing else bought so far.

Sleep: pretty bad this weekend. :( Definitely need to get that pillow!

Best moment this week: buying furniture for the nursery!

Food cravings: Watermelon, grapes, and chocolate covered pretzels. 

Anything making you queasy or sick: meat

Gender: No clue.

Symptoms:No nausea, but still getting sick in the morning. . .which I know doesn't make sense.

Belly Button in or out? in still. I hope I don't get the poking out one. 

Wedding rings on or off? On still. They are still loose. 

 
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy & EXCITED to say the least!

Looking forward to: Hearing the heartbeat in 12 days. Gender determination appointment in 26. Eeeek!!

Nursery Stuff

I've been plunderig through nursery ideas for a while today, so I decided I would start actually planning this nursery. <Insert squealy, excited, girl noises here>

The above picture is a so not to size layout of the room where we plan to put the nursery.

The pieces we have so far is the crib. Yeah, "/. The crib. 

I know I want:

 changing table

 large upright dresser

glider & ottoman

smaller dresser for the closet

a lamp or two (or three)

large area rug

The closet is pretty large for baby stuff and is very tall, so I know that I want some sort of dresser/storage cabinet in the bottom of the closet. Also, the doors are those sliding doors and I think I may want to just remove those altogether. Not sure though. 

I probably will go super themey. Definitely if baby is a boy we will go very nautical:

If baby is a girl. . .I really haven't decided on any theme.

I bought a Jack Johnson cd and some other cd's that I think will make great white noises for the nursery. I also have a ukelele so maybe baby and I can rock out ;)

I also like the idea for little fairy lights (basically small white Christmas lights) in baby girl's room.
